I reserve all copyright & reproduction rights to my artwork.

Images may not be reproduced, resold or used in any form without written consent.

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  For details, see individual items listing notes.

Customs & import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

I invest deep care, intention & attention in shipping my work to you...your items will be thoughtfully wrapped, packaged properly and labeled as fragile to protect it while it travels to you.   

Original artworks, framed or unframed, are shipped fully insured and will be refunded if USPS deems the loss or damage refundable.  Any shipment disputes must include purchase receipt & photo evidence.  

I do not accept returns or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  I will try to assist & rectify any issues that are within my control.
